Refund Policy

All users are entitled to cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, a prorated amount that is due to the customer will be paid. Furthermore, unless the user violates a policy the user will be refunded the membership amount that was not used.
Spread Knowledge may request information from a User to confirm his or her identity. Such information may include but is not limited to, User’s address, credit card or payment related information and driver’s license number. Failure to provide the requested information will not result in termination or suspension of a User’s account but no withdrawals may be made until Spread Knowledge receives the requested information. Receipt of invalid information may be reported to the proper local, state or federal authorities.
